Barb Seibel, J.D. spent years in private law practice where she practiced in the areas of family law and estate planning. She was fortunate to work under the mentorship of a well-known Minneapolis family law attorney over the last several years of her career. She gained valuable experience with divorces involving complex financial issues. Among others, those issues include spousal maintenance, business ownership, non-marital property, executive compensation plans, and the impact of family dynamics.
Experience has taught her that every client’s situation is truly unique, and that digging in and finding those “minor” details can have a major impact on outcome and success. Barb enjoyed her time advocating for clients, whether in court or in dispute resolution, but problem solving is what she does best. While she is no longer a practicing attorney, her experience provides great value and insight in her role as a mediator.
She is a firm believer that with the right plan, and the right professionals in place, spouses can cooperate and take the reins over their financial future. Barb genuinely feels fortunate to be one of those professionals and she looks forward to every opportunity to problem solve with clients.
