Special Strength: Hunger to learn – Christian is passionate about learning! She is constantly seeking to learn in the financial industry to explore innovative solutions and refine processes.
Goal: Applying the rule of “One-and-Done” – to get things done right for clients the first time. Enhancing service to simplify the financial journey, making it as seamless as possible for clients to achieve their goals.
Focus: Refining operations, elevating service standards, and delivering an exceptional experience for AJW clients.
Interests: Has played violin since she was seven and currently plays with the Minnetonka Symphony Orchestra. Is also a big sci-fi/fantasy nerd.

Christian brings an extensive background in customer service and administration to financial planning. Previously an Operations Specialist with Allianz, she joined AJW in 2019 and has since earned her CFP®. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Director of Operations at AJW. In addition to Blue Belt training in OPEX (Operational Excellence) she has completed multiple trainings and certifications including her Series 6 & 63 registrations, CFP® course work and Essentials of Business Analysis just to name a few. Her past roles included building relationships with financial advisors and their clients, identifying potential issues for financial transactions, researching, and applying process solutions as well as prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities.
With her impressive background and skillset, Christian is well-equipped to lead the operations team and contribute to the continued success of AJW.
